This is the web site of James Mack. My wonderful wife Lindsey and I live with our son Jake and daughter Kate in Boulder, Colorado. You might know me because I grew up in Lyons, because you went to school with me at the University of Colorado, because you met me at the model airport, or because you worked with me somehwere along the line. Or maybe you don’t yet know me at all, in which case I’ll just say "Hi."
I grew up just outside of Lyons, Colorado. It was a rural experience and gave me plenty of opportunities to explore the outdoors; riding my bike, flying model aircraft, and exploring the area with friends. I was also lucky enough to have been plopped in front of my first Mac at the tender age of 6, and launched my first website in the early nineties while in high school. This all kindled an interest in technology and engineering, and I got my mechanical engineering degree from the University of Colorado in 2002. My wife and I met via MySpace in 2005, married in 2008, and in 2016 we finally settled down enough to expand the clan with our two kids, Jake and Kate.
